Web Application & Database Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in analyzing, designing, developing, implement and maintain of software applications of applications software in order to cater business process needs & demand.
  • Ensure program development and modification meet user defined requirement and program specification
  • Design, develop and maintain websites content within group
  • Provides software maintenance support for web-based systems including bug fixes and minor enhancements in order to enable user to carry out their daily operation efficiently

Requirements:

Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager, Legal
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all legal matters of the Group and associated companies as well as overall management of the legal functions
  • Responsible for preparing, vetting, compiling and coordinating the timely execution, submission and filling of all legal documents/agreements to the relevant parties/authorities, especially pertaining to land and property matters
  • Advise top management on associated legal implications from time to time as well as coordinate and liaise with external advisors where appropriate
  • Provide expert in-house legal advise/services and manage general corporate legal works of the Group and conduct negotiations
