Project Planning, Assistant Manager (Civil Engineer) Top
Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities.
  • Analyze Civil & Structural (C&S) consultant's design and cost estimates.
  • Monitor progress of C&S design and check compliance to technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Check completeness of C&S design documentations before sending out for tender and authorities' submission.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • At least 6 year(s) of structural and infrastructure design experience in commercial and mixed development projects, preferably in consultant office.
  • Well versed with C&S design codes, design standards, C&S design software as well as local authorities' standards.
  • Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Required knowledge in MS Office and Autocad.

 
Assistant Application Manager (IT) Top
Responsibilities:
  • Application support and implement projects assigned
  • Develop detailed technical design and functional specifications based on user requirements specifications.
  • Develop web application and application modules within time, functionality and specifications using industrial best practices on software development lifecycle and techniques
  • Develop and maintain good documentation.
  • Support all process enhancement initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of latest happenings in web-technology and share the knowledge with team members.
  • Introduce and implement new, creative and exciting interactive methods which add value to the objective of the project.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 4-5 years of working experience in similar fields
  • Proficient in PHP and MySQL, MS SQL server (T-SQL, DTS)
  • Sound knowledge in using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, JQuery and latest web technologies.
  • Good experience in Social Media API like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and LinkedIn.
  • Good to have Object Oriented Programming Skills (PHP5), Visual Studio.Net

 
Senior Manager, Maintenance & Facility Management Top
Responsibilities:

  • Guide and develop service quality in all level of staff to ensure delivery in meeting the departmental service standard i.e. Meeting customers’ needs, Timeliness in completing the tasks & Quality of work undertaken. Manage and ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of the development.
  • Provide good customer service in meeting customers’ needs.
  • Manage and ensure effective and efficient implementation of day to day operations of the respective departments i.e. customer service, maintenance and security.
  • Liaise with the local authorities to ensure proper maintenance services are provided to development /li>
  • Maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standards.
  • Implement and enforce the conditions and regulations stipulated in the Deed of Mutual Covenant.
Requirements:
  • Degree & Diploma in any discipline.
  • 8 years working experience in related field.
  • computer literate- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, inter-personal and coordination skill
  • Good writing skills in English.
  • Good paper work

 
Senior Manager – Marketing Communications Top
Responsibilities:
  • Assists in all day-to-day functions of the Corporate Communication Department
  • To plan and execute effective media communications and public relations iniatives to support the Company’s communication strategies
  • Manage daily communications activities including agency management, event management, print and other media as well as PR campaigns.
  • Write, edit and distribute press releases / features articles and media advisories materials such as calendars, greeting cards, annual reports and award submissions.
  • To monitor, track and recommend on emerging issues in the media affecting the Company’s public standing
  • Ensure that all media initiatives are profiled positively in the media, monitor and analyze media coverage effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mass Communications or related field.
  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A minimum of 6 years experiences in the public relations / communications or business marketing field . PR consultancy and property industry experience would be an advantage.
  •  Strong media contacts.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Literacy in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, manage projects and deadlines. Attention to detail and a high level of follow through on projects with minimum supervision.

 
Project Manager Top
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager/Snr Project manager in project implementation ensuring smooth implementation and successful completion of projects involved.
  • Check on all designs by consultants (architectural & structural)
  • Plan, manage, monitor and control from pre-development stage to post-development stage to meet the approved standard on quality, cost and time.
  • Liaise with authorities and contractors effectively.
  • Oversee the implementation of ISO assessment system for all projects.
  • Manage the implementation of CONQUAS 21 Assessment System.
  • Assist in liaison with government authorities and consultants.
  • Monitor and ensure all complaint highlighted in the DNF are closed within the stipulated time frame.
  • Liaise with authorities & agencies to secure all approvals for CF/CCC.
  • Manage Defects Rectification Works during Defect Liability Period.
  • Manage and lead consultants, contractors and team of clerk-of-work.
  • Prepare reports & documentation on project progress status.
  • Organize / attend meetings or presentations for projects involved.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Possess ISO and Conquas 21 experience.
  • Must be a good team player and team leader.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in project management software.

 
Accountant/ Manager - Group Consolidation Top
Responsibilities:
  • Review monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidated financial statements and ensure the timely preparation of the Group financial statements.
  • Prepare/ review announcement and analysis of monthly results.
  • Prepare/ review the Group monthly management report and initiate the necessary enhancement such as the inclusion of innovative and useful management tools etc. • Prepare board papers for the Audit Committee or Board of Directors meetings.
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual report, annual audit, budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Monitor and review the Group’s treasury positions to ensure the Group achieves an optimum funding position.
  • Coordination and execution of corporate exercises.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or professional qualification from a recognized Accountancy body and a member of MIA.
  • 5-7 years of working experience with strong exposure to Group finance functions.
  • Ability to work independently to meet reporting deadlines.

 
Accountant/ Accounts Manager (Facility Management) Top
Responsibilities:
  • Able to supervise & manage a team of staff.
  • Monitoring and review property management accounts and on-going review, implementing and monitoring the financial policies and procedures incorporating Internal Controls.
  • Ensure all accounting transactions and reporting are updated timely, accurately and processed in accordance to the financial policies and established procedures.
  • Responsible for cash flow forecast and budgets.
  • Liaising with Auditors and Tax Agents.
  • Assist and participate in any ad hoc projects as required and any other affairs assigned by the Management in respect of the job position
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent. Those with partial qualification with related experience will be considered. At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in IFCA system is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
  • Independent with high initiative, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required, able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment.

Accountant & Accounts Executives Top
Responsibilities:

Accountant
  • Review GL full set of Accounts & Month Management Accounts
  • Prepare & check sub-co accounting budgets
  • Review edit listing for GL entry
  • Review project cost details
  • Preparation of Audit Schedules and Tax Schedules
  • Preparation of cash flow projection for bank loan applications
  • Liaison with banker to resolve review issues & documents
  • Liaison with Auditors and Tax Agents for regulatory issues
Accounts Executive

  • Assist in preparation of full set account and review monthly management accounts
  • Preparation & checking of accounting budgets as well as reviewing project costing
  • Preparation of audit and tax schedules
  • Assist in preparation of cash flow projection
  • Responsible for treasury activities and mange cash flow of the company to ensure efficient use of funds, adequacy of working capital
  • Able to organize and analyze company accounting reports.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data
  • To perform any other duties & responsibilities as and when necessary at ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess Diploma. Advanced Diploma or degree in Finance / Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in property development or construction industry
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
  • Sound understanding of accounting standard in property development
  • Have experience using IFCA, a Property Developer System / Software
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate and must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Able to work independently under pressure and long hours

 
Sales Executives Top
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period.
  • Assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and to arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the Group's panel of lawyers.
  • Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior on weekly basis.
  • Support Marketing team in the implementation of marketing programmes.
  • Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT industry.
  • Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Possess positive working attitude and able to work indepently with minimum supervision.
