Projects

Buying a home is tough work, you’ve got to factor in a multitude of conditions including location, price, security, facilities and developer brand. Where do you even begin? It’s no secret that the area of your home matters greatly to the value of your home; you can always change your home’s size, look and condition, but you can’t change where it’s located; so let’s start by looking at location, more precisely- accessibility.

The zip code of your home is affected by its accessibility; this would be how easy it is to get to your place of residence via car and public transport and where the nearest amenities are! Think schools, shopping malls, hospitals, sports clubs………

Established Neighbourhood with a new MRT2 station

Sri Petaling and Kuchai Lama are both established neighbourhoods in the Klang Valley, comprising mostly of landed residential homes. Easily accessible via major highways, both neighbouring areas are also about to get a new MRT2 station! The hotly anticipated Taman Naga Emas MRT 2 station would sit on the Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) MRT Line 2, which connects Sungai Buloh to Putrajaya, and is set to be ready for use in July 2022- in perfect time for the completion of M Oscar. With the MRT station in place, residents staying in M Oscar will not only be 800m away from public transportation, but even enjoy shuttle services to the train station. Imagine not having to worry about traffic, parking and tolls!

Get out and about town

The Taman Naga Emas MRT station is only 5 stops away from Tun Razak Exchange, which is primed to become KL City’s newest Central Business District and Malaysia’s International Financial District. You can now boast to all your friends about skipping the jam every morning and working right in the heart of the city. If you’re into shopping (who isn’t!), rejoice in the fact that you’ll only be 7 stops away from KLCC East. This means not only do you have access to KLCC, but also KL’s entire shopping district which lies not too far away. Time to shop till we drop, we say!

The Taman Naga Emas station is also connected to Putrajaya Sentral, which allows you to easily switch lines to the ERL KLIA transit line, delivering you straight to the airport. Quick, efficient and easy. Blue seas, sandy beaches, cold mountain air, bustling city streets…….sigh, we’re already daydreaming about my next holiday.

If you drive a car….

Fret not, because M Oscar is surrounded by major highways and expressways; we’ve got the MEX Highway, Kesas Highway, Federal Highway, KL-Seremban Expressway and NPE. Phew, that’s a long list! You can take these highways all the way to Cheras, Ampang or even Puchong for your travels to work, yoga class (stay healthy!) and even to a dinner with a friend.

Increasingly, Malaysians are becoming more aware of the need of not just major highways for easy accessibility, but also public transport in their areas. The convenience of our developing MRT line not only serves us every day for efficiency but also saves our pockets, and most of all, is environmentally friendly. You’ll notice that accessibility of a location makes a big difference to the desirability of your home, and M Oscar ticks all the boxes!
