Ventured into property development with four projects. First project was in Ulu Yam in 1994, comprising of single-storey link homes.

Birth of i-Parc series (Mah Sing's industrial integrated park).

Launched maiden township development in Sri Pulai Perdana in Skudai, Johor and introduced the concept of gated and guarded living for link homes in Johor.

Transferred from 2nd Board to the main Board of Bursa Malaysia.

The Group acquired land for its 1st township in Klang Valley, Aman Perdana.
