M PRIVILEGE EXCLUSIVE PROMOTION

1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 This promotion is exclusively available to registered Mah Sing M Privilege members.
1.2 Customers may be required to present valid proof of M Privilege membership for verification prior to enjoying the promotional benefits.
1.3 This promotion is applicable only to residential properties located within Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.’s service coverage area.
1.4 This promotion is valid from the date of publication until the expiry of the campaign period or until otherwise determined by Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.

2. PROMOTION MECHANICS
2.1 Eligible customers who engage Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.’s renovation and/or rental management services may receive one or more complimentary benefits as determined by Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.
2.2 Complimentary benefits shall be determined based on, including but not limited to:
• Selected service package
• Minimum contract value
• Scope of works
• Property type
• Property condition
• Project location
• Campaign period
• Availability of promotional items
2.3 Not all complimentary benefits are applicable to every package or service engagement.
2.4 This promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per property unless otherwise approved in writing by Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.

3. FREE 2 MONTHS RENTAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE
3.1 The complimentary Rental Management Service is applicable only to properties accepted under Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.’s Rental Management Programme.
3.2 Acceptance into the Rental Management Programme shall be subject to Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.’s assessment of the property’s suitability, location, condition and rental potential.
3.3 The complimentary period shall commence from the official service commencement date confirmed by Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.
3.4 Upon expiry of the complimentary period, customers may continue the Rental Management Service at Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.’s prevailing rates.
3.5 Standard Rental Management Terms & Conditions shall apply throughout the complimentary service period.

4. RENOVATION SERVICES
4.1 Renovation works are subject to site inspection, technical assessment and final quotation issued by Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.
4.2 Complimentary items and services offered under the promotion shall be determined based on the approved renovation package and contract value.
4.3 Where a Smart Digital Door Lock is provided as a complimentary item, the model, specification, colour and brand shall be determined by Homax Property Sdn. Bhd. or substituted with an item of equivalent value.

5. QUOTATION & PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
5.1 All quotations issued by Homax Property Sdn. Bhd. shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Project commencement shall only be confirmed upon acceptance of the quotation, fulfilment of payment requirements and confirmation of scheduling by Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.
5.3 Project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, authority approvals, material availability, site conditions or other circumstances beyond Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.’s reasonable control.

6. EXCLUSIONS
6.1 Unless expressly stated, this promotion does not include:
• Government fees
• Utility charges
• Authority permits or application fees
• Assessment or compliance fees
• Repair works outside the agreed quotation
• Additional or variation works requested after project commencement
• Furniture, electrical appliances, decorative accessories or loose items not specified in the quotation
• Cleaning, maintenance or defects arising after project handover due to misuse or normal wear and tear

7. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
7.1 Complimentary benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, discounts, credits or any other products or services.
7.2 Unutilised complimentary benefits shall be deemed forfeited upon project completion, cancellation or expiry of the promotional period.

8. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
8.1 Should the customer cancel the confirmed project before commencement, all promotional benefits shall automatically lapse unless otherwise approved by Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.
8.2 Homax Property Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to withdraw any promotional benefit where fraudulent, misleading or abusive claims are identified.
8.3 Homax Property Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to terminate or refuse any engagement that does not comply with its standard operating procedures or business policies.

9. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
9.1 All complimentary gifts, products and services are subject to availability.
9.2 Homax Property Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to replace any complimentary item with another item or service of similar nature and equivalent value without prior notice.

10. GENERAL
10.1 This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher or campaign unless otherwise approved by Homax Property Sdn. Bhd.
10.2 Homax Property Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or terminate this promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, provided such amendments shall not affect projects that have already been confirmed and accepted.
10.3 Homax Property Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any customer and to request supporting documents where necessary.
10.4 Homax Property Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in this promotion.
10.5 In the event of any inconsistency between promotional materials and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
10.6 In the event of any dispute relating to this promotion, the decision of Homax Property Sdn. Bhd. shall be final and binding.
10.7 By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
