ArtiqAir would act as a supplier and Mah Sing Group as a consumer.
ArtiqAir agrees to accept all valid Mah Sing’s M Privilege Membership cards for the term of this Agreement and twenty-four (24) months thereafter.
MAH SING GROUP can also promote ArtiqAir ‘s details to CARD members.
All ArtiqAir staff shall be familiar with this privilege program which is upon signing up, a customer will receive a 50% discount on his first month’s purchases and a complimentary RM499 Amber Teapot Set with any purchase of a 1.0HP or 1.5HP ArtiqAir EzSeries Inverter Air Conditioner.
ArtiqAir is to reimburse the M Privilege members if the Privilege members fail to obtain the above discounts or benefits in purchasing goods or services under this privilege program.
The agreement follows Malaysian law and can be amended or terminated with one month’s notice. If ArtiqAir changes ownership but maintains the same name and business type, the agreement still applies.
