- If you feel like purchasing another Mah Sing property, congratulations — you’re eligible for an extra discount. If all terms and conditions are met, successful purchases by repeat buyers will be entitled to up to a 3% discount.

How do I redeem my perks as an M Privilege member?

In collaboration with FunNow, you’ll be able to see all available promotions and services via the M Lifestyle tab that you can redeem as an M Privilege member.
You’ve convinced me! How do I become an M Privilege member?
If you’ve purchased a property directly from Mah Sing, you’re automatically entitled to be a lifetime M Privilege member. Every qualified purchaser will be issued an M Privilege Card after they have executed the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and have paid no less than 20% of the property’s purchase price.
If there is more than one purchaser in the purchase of the property, each purchaser in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be entitled to the M Privilege membership by invitation and subsequently given an individual account each.
