M Adora: A touch of elegance and sophistication

As city dwellers, it is normal for the daily grind of life to leave us feeling a little like we could all use some ease and comfort. When we go through the daily cycle of work, days can sometimes stretch into the evening or late night, and we not only want to come home to a sanctuary that we have truly made our own, but also a sanctuary that has embraced modern life and the conveniences that innovation brings.

At M Adora, a brilliant development by the Mah Sing Group, known for its thoughtful designs, emphasis on affordability and dedication to the comfort of its homeowners, a magical marriage of simplicity, convenience and comfort comes to life.

The serenity of cascading mountain ranges cannot be underestimated, where the stone and rock giants stand majestically shielding residents in the gentle valleys below like silent sentinels. M Adora enjoys that luxury by virtue of its location just 9km away from KLCC (which sits south-east of M Adora), in Wangsa Melawati, close to Bukit Dinding a little further south, with the Fairview International School close by and Zoo Negara in the neighbouring environment to the north-east.

To the west, the established township of Wangsa Maju and the genteel neighbourhoods of Ukay Perdana and KL East share space in Mukim Setapak.

The view from M Adora to the south and to the west produces pictures of gentle slopes and hilly terrain for those who need a change from city spaces jam-packed with skyscrapers to homeowners who want to see more open sky than office windows.

This is what M Adora brings, and so much more.

Connectivity

Served by not one but two LRT stations, namely Wangsa Maju and Sri Rampai, both less than 3km away, M Adora is designed for those who want to be close to the centre of the city but crave the openness of green residential areas.

The area is served by no less than seven schools, of which one is the Fairview International School, so homeowners and residents can rest assured that the area is safe for children and an area where families feel safe enough to raise their young offspring.

However, all school and no play makes our little ones dull, as the saying goes, so the Wangsa Melawati area is perfectly equipped with both recreational facilities as well as open spaces and points of interest for the young and the young at heart.

Firstly, Zoo Negara is less than 2km away, which means a short hop and skip for kids who just cannot get enough of interacting with their favourite animals or just want to see the civets feed, the tigers playing in the water or even to touch the trunks of friendly elephants.

Additionally, Bukit Tabur is less than 5km away, perfect for the more adventurous among us who feel a walk, trek or hike is just what is needed on sunny weekends after a hectic week.

For those who prefer the bright lights and busy-ness of retail spaces, Wangsa Melawati is well-served by no less than six retail businesses, from Melawati Mall, Wangsa Walk Mall and Aeon Big Wangsa Maju to Alpha Angle Shopping Centre and the Giant Hypermarket Ulu Kelang. Shoppers and mall-lovers are indeed spoilt for choice.

The magic continues with all the magical tech touches that Mah Sing has thoughtfully put into the development that is M Adora and its two towers that house over 600 units of residential apartments ranging in size from a 3-bedroom unit of 850 sq ft to duplexes of 1390 sq ft and garden terrace units.

Security is taken up a notch to a more personal level as you can use your smartphone with its personalized enabled access across the security system to access your home, while the facilities deck houses many thematic spots at which you can unwind and decompress.

If your guests are popping by for some much-needed social bonding time, M Adora has a beautiful function space that allows you to inhabit the host/hostess role with ease.

Plus, we all love free WiFi, so M Adora has just that — free resident WiFi for all owners and residents, so you never have to miss your favourite videos and shows or suffer downtime during your web browsing me-time.

M Adora has it all for the young, the ambitious and the newly-formed families looking to escape to a sanctuary that houses the simplicity of elegant living with the peace of mind that comes with modern conveniences, all wrapped in an affordable package, set in one of the most exciting cities in Asia.
