What is Eazy To Own?

Finding a place to call your own is an expensive and daunting task. Let’s say you do find your dream home, sorting out your finances to be able to afford it is a tedious process in itself. Mah Sing has recently rolled out their latest campaign simply known as Eazy To Own. Not only does the campaign help you find a new home for you, but it makes the process of owning a home that much Eazier!

What is the Eazy To Own campaign?

The Eazy To Own campaign offers Eazy entry into home ownership with low upfront costs, affordability, as well as incentives and savings for home buyers. It’s done in collaboration with Maybank’s HouzKEY, a rent-to-own scheme that eases the home purchasing process.

Who is the Eazy To Own campaign for?

There are four main demographics of people this campaign would be perfectly suited for. The first group will be customers who have the intention of purchasing a home, but are unable to afford to put down a down payment. These people usually fall in the younger age group of 25 to 40 years of age who usually work in urban centers but reside in suburban areas due to affordability issues.

The second group of people will be home renters. As this is a rent-to-own scheme, home renters would benefit greatly from this campaign, especially if they’re working towards owning their own property.

Next up are people who usually find it difficult to get their loans approved. The majority of this group comprises of B40 to lower M40 segments, with ages between 30 to 45 years of age with up to RM6,000 income.

Last but not least are the first-time home owners. These millennial-centric, urban and well-educated individuals bring home a monthly income of RM8,000 and below.

Why choose the Eazy To Own campaign?

  • ZERO Down Payment
    • Forking out a chunk of cash to pay for the down payment can be very difficult for most. With this campaign, future homeowners will be able to enjoy ZERO down payment with only 1% deposit and nothing more, making the purchase of your dream house all that much easier!
  • ZERO Payments during the construction period
    • No rush! This campaign was made to ensure that customers have a little extra time to save up their money. This means they are only required to service their payment upon the completion of the project and after the vacant possession stage.
  • ZERO Uncertainties
    • Choose that dream home now, lock in the price, and keep the price for up to 5 years! Home buyers are able to lock in today’s property purchase price and secure it for the future, enabling them to enjoy 100% capital gain! They can then decide to buy later at the locked-in price anytime during the 5 year period.
  • ZERO Worries
    • Owning your dream home doesn’t have to come at the expense of your day to day life. With this campaign, home buyers will be able to enjoy lower monthly payments, giving them more cash flow and reducing their overall expenditure!

Mah Sing’s Eazy To Own campaign is now available for M Oscar, M Centura, M Vertica, and Meridin East. More projects will be added in to be made available in this campaign in the near future. Check out https://bit.ly/2xp9fEV for more info on how you can get your very own dream home easily!
