Are You Looking For A New House Or Property Project In Rawang?

Most people would know Rawang as a mining industrial town which was established in 1825. This town, located in the state of Selangor in Malaysia, is approximately 25 kilometres northwest of the capital city centre Kuala Lumpur. Rawang has since been recognized as one of the earliest ‘satellite towns’ to the capital city centre.

Later on, Rawang has rapidly grown due to having the first-ever electricity usage in Malaysia, and being the first town to have electric street lights! Over the years, Rawang expanded even more as rubber estates, cement factories, oil palm plantations and industrial areas were established. This promotes job availability as many different people came from many places, and makes for Rawang’s current diverse multi-racial population.
