Resort Living at Legenda@Southbay

Set in over 34 acres of prime land in Penang’s Southbay area, Mah Sing’s Legenda@Southbay looks set to symbolise the ultimate in luxurious living.

The renowned developer has designed the Legenda@Southbay development, comprising three- and four-storey resort bungalows, to be fit for homeowners who have accomplished much in life, have worked hard for their comfort and wish to live in spaces designed to spark joy.

The Legenda@Southbay residential development is nestled within the greater Southbay City area that comprises lifestyle retail areas, hotels, resorts and Grade A office developments, combining the best of both modern life and a ‘get-away-from-it-all’ vibe. Southbay is said to be the new iconic development comprising three key parcels, namely, Southbay City, Legenda@Southbay and Residence@Southbay. They straddle both sides of Jalan Permatang Domar Laut which connects to the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway.

This area sits within Penang’s Southern Corridor, specifically, the Batu Maung area, and its location means it enjoys excellent accessibility to key routes and points such as being just a kilometre away to the Second Link of the Penang Bridge, 9km away from the Penang Bridge’s first link, 15km away to Georgetown and just a short 7km away from the Penang International Airport. This is an ideal spot for those who fly in and out frequently to and from the island, so for those looking to invest and set up a second home on an island that has much to offer, do consider Legenda@Southbay.

There are so many more attractions and features that will appeal to what many homeowners and buyers look for when they think about a property or a home.

Firstly, Legenda@Southbay speaks exclusivity: the development has only 76 units in its plan, units of varying sizes, with the smallest possessing a land area of 7,524 sq ft and a built-up area of 6,460 sq ft. There are lots that measure over 10,000 sq ft in terms of land area, so what this means for owners and buyers is if you are looking for that new home or second home where you have space, where your kids can run around the garden and play, or where your spouse can indulge in building up and tending to their own garden of precious blooms, then Legenda is beckoning you for a look-see.

With space being a premium in major urban centres, there are many who long to have a space to build their own vegetable garden or create a mini-sanctuary of flowers and plants. When you own a home at Legenda, the space to do so is yours to design as you please.

The limited number of units means that only the very fortunate can enjoy the full spectrum of resort living as envisioned by Mah Sing in this masterpiece they have christened Legenda.

Future residents of Legenda@Southbay can look forward to the proximity of brands, companies and institutions such as Queensbay Mall, Eastin Hotel, Ikea, KDU college, Inti college and even the Malaysian campus of the University of Hull.

This means easy access to education and retail, a plus point for those with families who see their family members settling in this beautiful southern enclave of Penang. You can send your kids to school while your spouse has retail convenience just a few minutes drive away, without having to endure the choking chaos so prevalent in other urban areas.

The wealth of Asian heritage is evident in this corner of the island, and these Southbay-centric developments promise a picturesque backdrop for your dwelling while affording access to nearby commercial activity. Lush natural forest forms the perimeter of the Southbay development, complemented by landscaped gardens, a green park spanning two acres, elegantly-crafted street-scapes juxtaposed by modern resort designs.

Can you feel the luxe in the air? That’s Legenda@Southbay for you.

As a gated and guarded community, Southbay is an excellent choice for those who prioritise safety and security.

When you have peace of mind that your loved ones are protected whilst safely ensconced in the lushness of Legenda, then you can unwind at any of the numerous facilities and amenities provided exclusively for residents of Legenda@Southbay, and these include an infinity pool, a wading pool, a relaxation lounge area, a gymnasium, a rejuvenating park with jungle trails and outdoor shelters.

You don’t have to go far to find resort-style living. Get in touch with teams at Mah Sing to find out how this little slice of heaven can be yours to have and to luxuriate in.
